What are your payment methods?

We accept all of them! Wether you want to pay with cash, credit or debit card...

Can I smoke in the hotel?

You can smoke in our cafeteria

Do you offer any activities?

​

From time to time we offer our sample of local food. Delight yourself with the flavors of the coastal food. Some other courtersies: We always welcome you by offering you a freshly brewed Colombian coffee or a cup of tea, other attentions or activities: typical breakfast, cocktails, refreshing juices.

Are you guys pet friendly?

Pets are not allowed in the hotel

Does the entire hotel have wifi?

Yes! You can stay connected with the best speed

What are you check in and check out hours?

Check in: 3:00 pm

Check out: 11:00 am

Do the rooms have a maximum number of people?

You can find the number of people per room at our rooms descriptions, however visitors are allowed as long as they are registered in the lobby.

I will arrive late in the evening at the hotel. Can I still check-in?

Yes, we don't have problem with that, you just have to make sure to let us know

What does the kitchenette include?

​

Includes, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, blender, coffee maker, wine glasses, champagne, rum glasses.

Does the hotel need a deposit or a payment in advance?

​

The guest must make the payment prior to the reservation.

Does the hotel offer food service?

No, but all the rooms are equiped with a kitchenette perfect to make your basic meals

Do all rooms have a safe deposit box and sound system?

Yes, all rooms have a safe box and sound system

Do you offer special discounts (for seniors, airlines employees, couples, etc)?

How many rooms can I book in one reservation?

You can book all the rooms if you want, as long as long as they are available

Cancellations for booking are possible?

No, but you can re-schedule your reservation

Do you offer pick up at the airport?

No, we don't

Visits or extra people allowed?

​

Visitors are allowed as long as they are registered in the lobby.

Does the public zone (middle yard) have a time schedule?

It's open until 11:00pm

Can I drink alcohol in the hotel or my room?

Yes, you can

Does the hotel offer laundry services?

Yes, but you have to pay a small fee for using the service

Does the tv come with any subscription services (Netflix, HBO…)?

The tv includes Netflix and cable television

I would like a room with a balcony or a yard zone, are there any options?

Yes, we have one of our special rooms, the suite 104 and suite 201

Does the room have a closet?

Yes, it also has ironing board, iron and tower fan

What services does the hotel include?

​

We count with security guard additionally CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) and cleaning services
